DMV TO ATL - THEY CAME, THEY PLAYED, THEY CONQUERED (2020)



Team Melo Teammates Che Evans & Cameron Byers headline National Middle School Combine

 The DMV 2020 & 2021 Classes again performed admirable on the largest of national stages as they competed in the CP3 National Middle School Combine in Atlanta, Ga. which concluded last Sunday – the area and the country waited anxiously as some of the nations most respected and premier scouts put together their analysis. 

The word from Hot-Lanta was that there was nowhere to hide and that a premium was placed on skill set, IQ, and the ability to play within structure.  The quote of that set the tone out of the ATL was that SELFISH PLAY WILL GO UNNOTICED.  Many of our area representatives were said to have played the game the right way and they we honored with placement within the Camps Top 75 Prospect List.

Whereas congratulations go to all in attendance DMV Preps would like to take a moment to honor the area players who were noted by the CP3 evaluation group!

The area was headlined by Team Melo’s Che Evans and Cameron Byers who finished #1 and #3 respectively
